Incoming!!!
8th Grade Day is a great way for prospective students to see all that goes on at Arcadia.
Every year the 8th grade classes from Ingleside, ANLC, Christ Lutheran and various students from St. Theresa, Arizona School for the Arts, and O.L.P.H. make an excursion over to Arcadia to check out the school. As an 8th grader, there are several huge decisions to make, like what high school is the best to attend, and 8th Grade Day is the perfect opportunity for prospective students to visit Arcadia!
8th Grade Day, which was held on February 10th, 2010, was a special treat for the middle schoolers. Students were able to watch an assembly that featured representatives from several Arcadia sports teams and clubs. There were performances by musicians from CMAS, band members, members of the theater, Dance Company, and the cheer squads. They were also able to ask Arcadia students and teachers about the school and take a brief tour of the Arcadia campus. STUGO, CMAS, Dance, and all other groups involved with the festivities did a great job and hopefully persuaded the incoming freshmen to come to Arcadia next year!
